Former WWE star Ridge Holland, now wrestling under his real name, Luke Menzies, has become the target of widespread online mockery after sharing an AI-generated promotional poster on X. The image featured a glaring error: a ring rope visibly passing straight through his leg, sparking sharp criticism and a flood of jokes from fans who slammed the low-effort design. While Menzies has recently expressed frustration over limited opportunities in the United States, many detractors used the visual blunder to question his current standing in the business.
38-year-old Menzies made a successful transition from professional rugby league in the UK to pro wrestling in 2016 before signing with WWE in 2018. After gaining experience in NXT, he joined the main roster as part of The Brawling Brutes alongside Sheamus and Pete Dunne, and appeared headed for a promising WWE career. However, fans turned on him after he accidentally broke Big E’s neck during a match. Though WWE attempted to give him a fresh start in NXT, the company controversially opted not to renew his contract while he was still recovering from injury, making even his biggest detractors feel some sympathy for him.
