In a candid interview with Bubba the Love Sponge, Brooke Hogan has opened up about feeling completely erased from the Netflix documentary on her late father, Hulk Hogan. She described the experience as being “literally buried,” expressing deep disappointment that the film overlooked her involvement in his life and career. Seemingly, she was unaware she wouldn’t be heavily featured, despite previously revealing she ghosted Netflix producers when they reached out to her.

“Literally buried, like she doesn’t exist … Before I watched this, there was some sort of, I guess, for lack of a better term, magic or hope or something that I held onto thinking, you know, I asked to be taken out of the will, and my dad did it. You know, I think I imagined that there would be some sort of why or, hey, you’re the only person I trust. Like, let’s talk about it.” – Brooke Hogan

The Hogan family’s public image as a tight-knit unit, popularized by their VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best, was shattered in 2007 after Nick’s serious car crash and Linda’s divorce filing, citing Hulk’s affair. Brooke initially stood by her father before choosing to have no contact with either parent due to unresolved grievances. Tensions escalated further around 2023, culminating in her request to be removed from Hulk’s will. Following his 2025 death, she remains estranged from Linda and Nick, focusing instead on her own family.

In a revealing interview on Stephanie McMahon’s podcast, Paige has disclosed that the two strict conditions WWE’s Nick Khan demanded for her return were a complete medical clearance for her severely damaged neck and a clean drug test. The subsequent hard-earned approval set the stage for her emotional comeback at WrestleMania 42, where she teamed with Brie Bella to win the Women’s Tag Team Championships, delivering one of the most memorable moments of her career, given the circumstances.

“I thought I’d be intimidated by him. But going in there, he’s easygoing. He goes, ‘Two things, your neck has to be okay, and we have to do a drug test.’ I was like, ‘Fair enough.’ I was like, ‘Hey, I can control the drug test.’ I’m clean as a whistle. And so I was like, ‘I don’t know how my neck’s been. It’s been a few years since I got it checked. The last time I got it checked, it was perfect. So I’m not really concerned about it.’ And so, the next week I fly to Birmingham.” – Paige

Paige’s neck nightmare began with a devastating injury that required surgery and three screws for stabilization and ultimately forced her into early retirement. Battling intense pain during recovery, she faced multiple WWE Wellness Policy violations linked to prescription medication and admitted substance abuse. Hitting rock bottom with alcohol and drugs, Paige finally achieved sobriety around 2018, and thanks to her neck recovering, the path was paved for her to return to WWE in 2026 after a run in AEW.

WrestleMania 42 weekend in Las Vegas turned chaotic for WWE talent at the MGM Grand hotel, where inadequate security allowed fans unrestricted access to lobbies and elevators. Superstars faced constant mobbing for photos and autographs in a busy casino with no dedicated security. Still, many fans were shocked when a clip, sold to TMZ, showed CM Punk involved in an altercation with a fan who was filming his wife, AJ Lee, and Bayley, knocking the phone from the individual’s hand. And now, according to The Dirty Sheets, the fan has actually been fired from his job, with the report noting that, since someone else sold the video, he got nothing from the experience.

“A person that I know who goes to WrestleMania every year was actually the one who initially sold the video to TMZ. I was sending out texts to see what price I could get to try and get this guy the best price for his video. But in the end, he got the best price from TMZ. He’s saying is claiming that he lost his job as a result of the video surfacing. He didn’t get nothing from it. He got fired from his job.” – The Dirty Sheets

Hall of Famers and current stars have since highlighted deeper issues with fan boundaries and privacy. Booker T described the weekend as the worst in terms of fan behavior of his career, recounting being followed and filmed inside a bathroom. At the same time, Sean Waltman revealed that he had been stalked in similar circumstances. Apparently, some performers even switched hotels mid-weekend to escape the harassment, prompting widespread backstage calls for stronger security measures to balance fan access with performer safety.

Metal legends Iron Maiden were recently announced as an inductee into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. The ceremony will take place later this year, but the band won’t be in attendance as they fulfill touring commitments in Australia. Still, for metal fans it’s a long overdue honor, and one of the former band members among those being inducted is late drummer Clive Burr. 

The drummer’s niece, Rayne Leverkusen, is set to make her debut with WWE’s NXT brand next week as Lizzy Rain. She wrestles under the nickname “The Maiden of Metal,” which is an obvious reference to her uncle’s former band. “The stage is set next week for my NXT debut, and the world is about to find out that Lizzy Rain and heavy metal will never, ever, never, ever die!” she said in a recent promo announcing her arrival. 

Burr played with Maiden from 1979 to 1982 appearing on their first three classic records, “Iron Maiden,” “Killers” and “The Number of the Beast.” He sadly passed away in 2013 due to complications from multiple sclerosis.

Korn bassist Fieldy hasn’t been with Korn for nearly five years now. He previously said that “bad habits” led to his hiatus, but in a new interview with “Shady Characters,” he shared his specific reason for leaving the group. “C*VID happened,” he said. “That’s it. I’m like, ‘I’m not going out there.’ That’s what happened, ’cause it was new.”

Fieldy also revealed that he didn’t get any of the C*VID vaccinations. “Now. I’m like… The whole time – I mean, I didn’t get vaccinated or anything – but when you reflect on it, that’s what happened. They’re like, ‘We’re going to Florida and all this.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m not going to get vaccinated.’ I’m not going. I go, ‘People, this is weird right now.’ But I mean that’s kind of what happened. But it gave me time to sit, and once you sit, you can reflect and you’re like, you’re kind of just waiting you know to what’s next, ’cause I don’t know what the rest of this day is going to bring. I’m just on fire for whatever, whatever is ready.”

When asked if he was retired from the band, he said: “I’m retired from Korn today, but we’ll see what the day brings tomorrow.”

Helen Coage, the widow of Bad News Brown, has addressed the fan backlash following his posthumous induction into the WWE Hall of Fame as a Legacy inductee. In a heartfelt Facebook post, she openly acknowledged the family’s disappointment over not being given a televised speech, but was aware of this ahead of time. Rather than dwelling on the frustration, Coage urged supporters to celebrate the long-overdue honor that finally acknowledged his impact inside the wrestling ring.

“I know many of you are unhappy about our family not being granted the opportunity to speak at the WWE induction of Bad News into the Legacy Hall of Fame. But from past inductees, we all knew that was not going to happen, please don’t be bitter, please just be happy that he was given this honor. I am happy.” – Helen Coage

Vince McMahon introduced Bad News Brown, a bronze-medal-winning Olympic judo competitor, to WWE fans in early 1988 as the tough, scowling loner who could intimidate opponents with just a look. He made an immediate impact by winning the 20-man battle royal at WrestleMania IV and feuding with stars like Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan, and Roddy Piper, establishing himself as a top heel. However, he would leave the company in 1990, citing broken promises of a world title run. From there, Coage continued wrestling internationally until knee injuries forced his retirement in 1999, and he sadly passed away in 2007 at the age of 63.

Major League Wrestling has officially signed the imposing powerhouse Big Damo, known as the “Beast of Belfast,” to its expanding roster. According to the announcement tweet, the hard-hitting veteran is scheduled to make his highly anticipated MLW debut at the FUSION television tapings on May 9 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The addition significantly strengthens the promotion’s heavyweight division, which already features several former WWE talents.

Born Damian Mackle in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Big Damo began his wrestling journey in 2005 after training in Scotland. He rose to prominence on the UK independent circuit, most notably capturing the ICW World Heavyweight Championship. In 2016, he joined WWE as Killian Dain, becoming a key member of the chaotic Sanity stable alongside Eric Young, Axel Tischer, and now-wife Nikki Cross on NXT before brief main roster appearances. Following his release, he returned to the independents with stops in AEW, NJPW Strong, and various European promotions, showcasing his powerful brawling style.

Megan Bayne, the towering 5’11”, 187-pound Amazonian Goddess known as The Megasus, has carved an impressive path in professional wrestling since her 2017 debut. And now, in a new series of photos shared on social media, likely taken at her hotel over WrestleMania weekend, the current AEW wrestler has stunned her followers with her striking confidence and jaw-dropping good looks. Bayne was in Vegas during WrestleMania weekend, where she worked a tag match with Nick Gage against Mance Warner and Step De Lander on her boyfriend Joey Janela’s Spring Break X show.

Trained at OVW, Bayne quickly captured the OVW Women’s Championship and added titles from House of Glory, Immortal Championship Wrestling, and victory in the 2021 ECWA Women’s Super 8 Tournament. Her early AEW appearances on Dark in 2021 laid the groundwork, but it wasn’t until 2025 that she was given a dominant singles push, leading to her teaming with Peneloe Ford and later Lena Kross, with whom she currently holds the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships.

During an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, Ric Flair revealed he wasn’t invited to WrestleMania 42 after he threatened to beat up WWE and AAA wrestler Ludwig Kaiser, whom he incorrectly referred to as Tiffany Stratton’s husband. The 76-year-old WWE legend confessed he tracked down the wrestler’s number and called him, promising to beat “the sh*t out” of him. However, before things escalated, Kaiser went to Triple H, which, in the opinion of Flair, makes the German wrestler a “little punk.”

“I didn’t get invited to WrestleMania this year. I threatened to beat up Tiffany Stratton’s husband. A 24-year-old kid being threatened by a 76-year-old man—and I can’t go to WrestleMania? Are you kidding me? I can get anybody’s number I want, any minute of any day. I called him. I said, ‘Hey, when I see you, I’m gonna beat the shit out of you.’ He went like a little bitch, told Hunter, and I wasn’t allowed to go. He’s gonna really go far in the business. Is he even on the roster? Little punk.” – Ric Flair

The situation is almost certainly related to the unscripted promo between then-WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair, where trash-talking escalated to Stratton mocking Charlotte’s three divorces. Charlotte fired back by loudly asking if that was why Startton’s then-boyfriend, Kaiser, was sliding into her DMs, directly shading Startton’s personal relationship. The off-script exchange blurred kayfabe and reality and was later edited by WWE, but what likely upset Ric was that Kaiser subsequently took to social media to say, “Please do not flatter yourself,” indicating he deemed he was too good for his daughter.

During a Q&A session held at the Culture Kings store in Las Vegas, WWE star Randy Orton injected humor into the proceedings with a playful on-mic dig aimed at Ted DiBiase Jr. Speaking animatedly while a fan filmed, the tattooed veteran claimed his former stablemate owed him $25,000 and encouraged fans to circulate the footage widely in hopes of settling the score. Delivered with a grin, Orton’s off-the-cuff remark didn’t come across as though there is serious heat, although it will be interesting to find out if he is ever repaid.

A fan has demanded a personal apology from CM Punk after a tense confrontation in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino lobby after WrestleMania 42 night 2 in Las Vegas, after the WWE star slapped his phone from his hand after he tried to film his wife and Bayley hugging. The anonymous fan has been tracked down by TMZ and told them that he has no intention of suing or contacting police, but wants Punk to apologize and shake his hand. Whether Punk would be open to this remains unknown, but he has issued apologies in the past, like to the people of Saudi Arabia, for his infamous blood money tweet.

CM Punk has experienced several notable fan encounters over the years, often triggered by privacy concerns or overly aggressive behavior. In October 2012, on Monday Night Raw in Sacramento, he entered the crowd and struck a fan amid chaotic shoving and grabbing. In July 2012, at a St. Louis airport, he refused a rude autograph request, prompting another fan to yell, and Punk tossed the book in the trash. He has also experienced the bizarre intrusion of a fan forcing melted Easter chocolate through his narrow mail slot, which really annoyed him.

Kenny Omega responded with class after Jade Cargill unleashed his signature One-Winged Angel during her WWE Women’s Championship clash against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 42. Although Cargill’s bold attempt failed to secure the victory, the move’s stunning appearance on wrestling’s grandest stage sparked major buzz. Therefore, the AEW star has taken to social media to call the tribute a sincere compliment and noted that witnessing the move under WrestleMania’s bright lights was “kinda neat.”
