In a candid interview with Bubba the Love Sponge, Brooke Hogan has opened up about feeling completely erased from the Netflix documentary on her late father, Hulk Hogan. She described the experience as being “literally buried,” expressing deep disappointment that the film overlooked her involvement in his life and career. Seemingly, she was unaware she wouldn’t be heavily featured, despite previously revealing she ghosted Netflix producers when they reached out to her.

Literally buried, like she doesn’t exist … Before I watched this, there was some sort of, I guess, for lack of a better term, magic or hope or something that I held onto thinking, you know, I asked to be taken out of the will, and my dad did it. You know, I think I imagined that there would be some sort of why or, hey, you’re the only person I trust. Like, let’s talk about it.– Brooke Hogan

The Hogan family’s public image as a tight-knit unit, popularized by their VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best, was shattered in 2007 after Nick’s serious car crash and Linda’s divorce filing, citing Hulk’s affair. Brooke initially stood by her father before choosing to have no contact with either parent due to unresolved grievances. Tensions escalated further around 2023, culminating in her request to be removed from Hulk’s will. Following his 2025 death, she remains estranged from Linda and Nick, focusing instead on her own family.
