On Friday evening, it was reported that Tammy Lynn Sytch, known best to wrestling fans as Sunny, had been arrested for her involvement in a three-vehicle car crash that saw a 75-year-old man killed. In total, she faces nine charges, with DUI manslaughter being the most serious, and her bond was set at a massive $227,500. Now, further information has been provided by NewsDaytonaBeach.com regarding the arrest, revealing it occurred at the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach. Additionally, toxicology results proved she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.280 (g/100mL) which is shockingly 3 ½ times the legal limit allowed while operating a motor vehicle.
Despite the high amount, Sytch did manage to post bail on Saturday after a bail bond agent who typically requires a 10% guarantee posted a surety bond for her. And considering she spent less than a day incarcerated, it is speculated she had everything in order beforehand, given the tragic incident happened on March 25th, 2022. Nevertheless, she had previously claimed that despite witnesses disputing this, she wasn’t speeding, and a seizure caused her to crash.
While it is well-known Sunny’s life has been troubled by legal issues over the years, NewsDaytonaBeach.com would also divulge that in December 2021, Sytch was involved with the Daytona Beach Police Department three separate times. The first time saw the police leave without making an arrest having calmed the argument between Sytcha and her boyfriend. However, the second time saw her temporarily detained so her drug status could be evaluated when she refused to check out of a hotel. Then almost two weeks later, she was again questioned by police after reporting her boyfriend for having what was described as a crystalline substance after searching his pants for Xanax tablets.
A video of this conversation can be viewed below and shows the officer telling Sytch that she needs to make better choices.

The reason her boyfriend is also being held responsible is because the motor vehicle she was driving was his, and she had his consent to drive it despite him knowing she didn’t have a current license. Yet, while this is a significant concern for her boyfriend, for Sytch, it is less pressing considering she could be sentenced to 30 years in prison if found guilty on all charges.
