Ryback Receives Criticism For Mocking Kofi Kingston

While Ryback hasn’t wrestled since 2018, he remains spoken about in wrestling circles due to his Twitter antics. In recent months alone, he has mocked Vince McMahon’s deceased mother, called out Triple H on the day he announced his retirement, and claimed CM Punk’s current foot injury is karma. Now, seemingly unprovoked, he has chosen to mock Kofi Kingston for having a sunken chest when commenting on Cody Rhodes’ recent Hell In A Cell match. And while he would later acknowledge it was a joke, it hasn’t stopped wrestling fans from criticizing him.

When Kingston’s chest condition was first noticed, it was assumed he had pectus excavatum, which causes a person’s breastbone to sink into someone’s chest. However, Kingston refutes this and says it is just how his chest muscles are connected. He has, though, had some fun with gullible fans previously when he would claim a chop from Paul Wight caused it in the early days of his WWE career, and many believed him. Nevertheless, while Kingston’s chest is noticeable, it has never hampered his popularity, and unlike Ryback, he still has a career.
