Corey Graves is currently working as a commentator on NXT alongside Vic Joseph and Booker T due to Pat McAfee being back on Raw, and it appears he is far from happy about it. This was revealed by Graves himself on X, with the 40-year-old disclosing that despite having been with WWE for over a decade, he has been deemed “not famous enough” by either management or Netflix to commentate on the red brand following its move to the streaming service.
For those unaware, before Graves was forced to move behind the announce desk due to head injuries, he had wrestled for 14 years, sharing a ring with CM Punk, AJ Styles, and Claudio Castagnoli. Eventually, he impressed WWE and was offered a developmental contract in 2011 to wrestle for Florida Championship Wrestling and then NXT. Subsequently, his in-ring career highlight came when he and Adrian Neville (PAC) won the NXT Tag Team Championship in 2013 by defeating Luke Harper and Erick Rowan.
