A huge part of WWE’s profits comes from merchandising, with the company always looking at new ways to part fans from their money. Therefore, when WWEShop.com started selling t-shirts for CM Punk’s dog Larry, and they sold well, it wasn’t surprising that they subsequently started selling a plush version of him. And now, after WrestleVotes Radio reported the pooch has been outselling many established wrestlers, both past and present, Punk has taken to his Instagram Stories to show Larry with a stack of cash.
Larry, named after The Wolf Man Larry Talbot, has been in Punk’s life for almost ten years after he and his wife, AJ Lee, adopted him from PAWS Chicago. From there, he became well-known to wrestling fans because Punk often talked about him during interviews and even brought him to shows in Chicago when he was with AEW. However, Larry is now becoming just as well known to WWE fans and will seemingly be immortalized forever, thanks to wrestling collectors loving the adorable canine.
